Peace and blessings be upon you, O Messenger of Allah ﷺ Allah Almighty says in the Holy Qur’an: فَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِهِ وَعَزَّرُوهُ وَنَصَرُوهُ And in another place He says: فَآمِنُوا بِاللّٰهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَالنُّورِ الَّذِي أَنْزَلْنَا (Surah At-Taghabun: 8) ✺ Translation (Kanz-ul-Iman) ✺ So believe in Allah, in His Messenger ﷺ, and in the Light that We have sent down, meaning the Holy Qur’an. From these blessed verses it becomes clear that first it is necessary to believe in Allah Almighty, and then to believe in the Noble Messenger ﷺ and to honor and support him. This is also a requirement of faith. The Noble Messenger ﷺ said: “None of you truly believes until I become more beloved to him than his father, his children, and all people.” (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 15) From this blessed hadith it becomes clear that love for the Noble Prophet ﷺ is a fundamental part of faith.
